All myPOS devices come with a free for life roaming data sim. This means that the devices will always find the strongest data network to help keep your business connected.
When it comes to myPOS, there are no monthly charges or hidden fees. The only additional fee is a £1.50 drawing down fee, which occurs when you draw money from your myPOS account to your personal/business account. Money is settled into your myPOS account immediately and is available for immediate withdrawal, and you are charged £1.50 to draw this to your own bank account – but that is a fixed fee, so would be the same for a withdrawal of £100 or £10,000.
Yes, emailing or texting receipts is possible on all myPOS devices. There are also a number of devices with integrated receipt printing.
Your 0.99% transaction rate applies for the life of the device.
No, there are no charges for using your myPOS card as a payment method.
Yes, you can access your account via the myPOS smartphone app or by logging in via the myPOS website.

Yes, this requires that MOTO/Virtual Terminal features are enabled on your account. This is subject to approval by myPOS. MOTO/Virtual Terminal can be requested when you first open up your myPOS account or can be requested at any point after you have successfully onboarded as a myPOS merchant.
Yes, you can use your card reader in the UK and across the EU and can accept payments in both GBP and EUR.
